File Specifications

Only press ready artwork will be accepted, no exceptions.

We will accept the following file formats: .eps, .ai, .psd, .pdf, .jpg, & .tif.  Please convert all text to outlines, embed all images,
flatten images, flatten transparencies, and convert all images to CMYK before submitting, thanks!  We prefer zipped files
if possible to save up/download time.  Artwork that does not meet our "press ready" standards can't be produced through ColorWholesaleBanners.com. 
 
All images should be scaled to actual size except for larger banners.  Please design all large banners over 4' x 8' at 1/4 scale. 
For example: a 5' x 15' banner should be designed at 15" x 45".

Please keep your critical text and images at least 1.5" (at full size) from the finished size edges to allow for hem and grommets.

Due to the number of variables with large format printing, we do not guaranty color accuracy.  If your job is "color critical" please
request a color proof.  We charge $25 for a 12" x 12" proof printed from your file.
